Only you, or an authorized agent that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child. We must verify your identity before fulfilling your requests. If we cannot initially verify your identity, we may request additional information to complete the verification process. We will only use Personal Information provided in a request to verify the requestor’s identity. If you are an authorized agent making a request on behalf of a consumer, we will also need to verify your identity, which may require proof of your written authorization or evidence of a power of attorney.
We endeavor to respond to requests within the time period required by applicable law. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
We may deny certain requests, or only fulfill some in part, as permitted or required by law. For example, if you request to delete Personal Information, we may retain Personal Information that we need to retain for legal purposes. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your request and you are afforded a right to appeal such decision, you will be notified of our appeal process in our response to your request.

Overview
Due to the fact that personal data of individuals located in the European Union and the United Kingdom is processed by Pryor Learning, LLC in the United States of America, Pryor Learning, LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF in order to ensure an adequate level of protection for such personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Pryor Learning, LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Pryor Learning, LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the DPF Principles shall govern.

Federal Trade Commission Enforcement
Pryor Learning, LLC’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Accountability for Onward Transfers
Pryor Learning, LLC may transfer personal data to third-party service providers acting as agents on our behalf. We require such third parties to process personal data only for limited and specified purposes consistent with our instructions and to provide at least the same level of protection as required by the DPF Principles. Pryor Learning, LLC remains responsible and liable under the DPF Principles if third-party agents that we engage to process personal data on our behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Complaints and Inquiries
In compliance with the DPF Principles, Pryor Learning, LLC commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of personal information received in reliance on the DPF. Individuals from the European Union or the United Kingdom with inquiries or complaints regarding our DPF policy should first contact us at: privacy@pryor.com
We will respond to complaints within forty-five (45) days of receipt.
Independent Recourse Mechanism
If a privacy complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through Pryor Learning, LLC’s internal process, Pryor Learning, LLC has agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Data Privacy Framework Dispute Resolution Procedure. VeraSafe will provide appropriate recourse free of charge to you. Binding Arbitration
Under certain conditions, as more fully described in Annex I of the Data Privacy Framework Principles, individuals may invoke binding arbitration as a last resort mechanism to resolve complaints regarding our compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Pryor Learning, LLC is obligated to arbitrate claims and to follow the terms set forth in Annex I of the DPF Principles, provided that an individual has invoked binding arbitration by delivering notice to Pryor Learning, LLC and following the procedures and subject to the conditions set forth in Annex I of the DPF Principles.
