USCIS Issues a New I-9 (Video)

So, 2017 has arrived and we have a brand new I-9. Did you know that? On November 14, 2016, the USCIS issued the new version of I-9. The mandatory implementation date for this I-9 is January 22, 2017. So if you haven’t yet implemented, get busy.

The new version of the I-9 is a fillable form. It also comes in the type of form you can just print off and do it the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. In addition to the three pages of information, there is also 15 pages of instructions.

So take a look at the new I-9, get it implemented, and you’ll be compliant in the event that USCIS comes knocking at your door.
