Q. What are the benefits of Training Rewards?

A. As a Training Rewards member, you will receive unlimited access to Fred Pryor Seminars or CareerTrack online courses and one- and two-day* seminars in the U.S. or Canada for 12 months, beginning on the day your membership is activated.

Q. How do I find seminars in my area?

A. Training Rewards members can login to and view a schedule of seminars coming to their area.

Q. How do I register for seminars? Do I need to register, or may I just show up?

A. Yes, you should register to reserve your spot in the seminar and stay informed of any changes to the seminar date or location. To register, login to

Q. When does my membership period begin?

A. Once your balance is paid in full, you receive a Training Rewards welcome email with your ID and password.

Q. What do I need to bring to the seminar?

A. Please bring a photo ID to ensure your seminar attendance is applied to your Training Rewards.

Q. Can anyone at my organization use my membership?

A. No — your membership is exclusive to you. Because Training Rewards provides a considerable discount for our training, we are not able to extend the benefits to anyone other than you.

Q. Is Training Rewards transferable to another person if the original holder leaves our organization?

A. Training Rewards is non-transferable and remains with that individual until it expires.

Q. May I send a substitute to the seminar if I am unable to attend?

A. No — as with transfers, substitutions are not allowed.

Q. May I cancel Training Rewards?

A. Yes, as with all our products we offer a 30-day guarantee. If you have not attended a seminar with Training Rewards and would like to cancel, call us at 1-888-725-9031. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Q. May I use my membership towards another training format, such as On-Site training, product purchases, or webinars?

A. No. Because Training Rewards provides a considerable discount for one- and two-day seminars (in addition to offering access to hundreds of online courses), we are not able to extend this discount to our other training formats.

Q. Where can I find group pricing for multiple people at my organization?

A. We offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. Call us at 1-888-725-9031 to hear about the savings your organization receives.

Q. How long do I have after a seminar to enroll in Training Rewards at the $199 price?

A. You have 10 days following the seminar to receive the special discounted price of $199 offered by your trainer.

Q. How long does it take to complete the necessary paperwork to enroll in Training Rewards? I would like to attend a seminar this week.

A. The Training Rewards enrollment process takes 7-10 business days from the date of your attendance at your qualifying event. If you would like to register for a seminar before your enrollment is complete, fax your seminar registration form to 913-967-8849. Please indicate your Training Rewards enrollment is pending and reference the seminar you attended (name, date, and location).

Q. May I register for a seminar if my Training Rewards balance isn't paid in full?

A. No, your balance must be paid in full in order for you to use Training Rewards to attend any one- and two-day seminars. Call us at 1-888-725-9031 to pay your balance and activate your Training Rewards.

Q. Are there any taxes applied to Training Rewards?

A. Yes, but only if you reside in South Dakota (6.5%), Hawaii (4.16%), West Virginia (6%), or Canada.), or Canada.

Q. May I use or combine free seminar certificates towards the purchase of Training Rewards?

A. No, refunds or certificates may not be used towards the purchase of Training Rewards.

Q. May I apply my new Training Rewards membership to seminars for which I'm already registered?

A. Training Rewards benefits (attending free, unlimited one- and two-day seminars for 12 months) apply only to registrations that take place after Training Rewards is activated.

Q. Can I add ratings or review an online training course or live event?

Members have the ability to add ratings and comments to all "In-Progress", "Viewed", "Completed" courses and all "Attended" topics on Training Rewards. You will be able to edit and view your personal ratings and comments, but cumulative results are not displayed at this time.
