If you are having difficulty creating or modifying your IDP, please read below. If after reading the following helpful hints you are still not able to create/modify your IDP, please call us at (800) 780-8476 or email us at customerservice@pryor.com

1. Plan Dates and Multiple Plans
In order to create multiple Individual Development Plans, the start and end dates for those plans should not overlap. You can scroll through your plans using the 'View Previous' or 'View Next' links that will be displayed accordingly on the IDP create/edit screen.

2. Adding Goals vs. Approval Status
If you create and approve and IDP for a user, you cannot add/delete goals or action items to that IDP without removing the approval status. You'll see a link that says "Click to Clear Approval Status and Unfreeze Action Items" in this case.

3. Approving Managers
Only a "manager" within your OrgID can be assigned to approve or edit an IDP for another user. Managers are created by default for a new OrgID. In other words, if you create a new OrgID and put it in the registration field for a new user, then that user will be the manager automatically. You can add or remove managers within the same OrgID by clicking "Company Security" under the "Edit My Home Page" section. *Note that only the "manager" has this ability.

4. Adding Action Items
As with goals, you cannot add or delete action items from your IDP unless you remove the approval status. If your IDP is "approved" then you can only edit the progress of your action items.
