For Individual Users:
Pryor.com is your personal trainer for career success. A multitude of free features are available that will help you gain more knowledge about your industry and key areas of interest. Registered users of Pryor.com can take full advantage of all of our online resources:

• Individual Development Plan. Create an Individual Development Plan as a first step to building your career path. Your personalized development plan maps to recommended courses - quality options from leading providers - to improve career-related skills.
  
  The profile is also used to establish key areas of interest related to your career development. Based on the profile compiled, you will receive daily access to targeted information harvested from news and article databases, as well as links to associations, books, audios, CD ROMs and videos.

• Articles. Receive articles customized to your industry and interests via email once you create your personal site. Links to these articles - from top publications - will be emailed to you, or you can simply log in to your "My Home Page" personalized site to view the links.

• News. Retrieve news about the industries and areas of interest specified in your Individual Development Plan on your personal training site.

• Associations. Gain valuable development information through links to the associations that can help support your career needs.
  
  
• Performance tracking. Measure your training progress through our performance tracking features, all of which are designed to measure training participation and progress. Features include test scores that are automatically sent to designated recipients, as well as reports to compare your actual results to your original Individual Development Plan. Although performance tracking is designed primarily for managers, anyone taking courses may use this feature.

For Corporate Users:
The same features that are offered to individual users are available to corporations for their employees. Corporations may also use the workgroup function, which provides special workgroup options.

Workgroups allow managers and users within the group to share searches, links and preferences. Workgroups are created by selecting the Workgroup ID option when you register on our site. Once a Workgroup ID has been selected, (we recommend a unique ID, such as IBM-Marketing-Atlanta) the workgroup leader will create a profile and preferences for the group.

• Individual Development Plan with manager approval and involvement. Individuals within the workgroup will create an Individual Development Plan. Managers can approve and modify the plan as needed.
• Score aggregation for online courses. Workgroup leaders can view an aggregate of online course scores for each individual within the workgroup.
• Reporting functions. Workgroup leaders can create reports that allow them to view the overall training status of the workgroup as well as of the individual. Workgroup leaders may use these reports to compare actual results to the original Individual Development Plan to see which goals were met and which have yet to be attained. Reporting tools can also notify managers when participants have completed courses by automatically forwarding test results.
• On screen corporate logo. Workgroup leaders can create a "customized" site by uploading their corporate logo onto the site.(Graphic should be within 250 x 60 pixels or 3.5 x 0.8 inches.)

Pay-per-use is a one-time purchase of an online course and is offered through the shopping cart.
